PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY
Zerachem is responsible for the processing of personal data in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and related regulations.
Principles of data processing: legality, purpose, freedom, accuracy, transparency, restricted access, security and confidentiality.
Personal data may only be processed with the prior, express and informed authorization of the data subject, except where otherwise permitted by law.
Definitions: Authorization, Database, Personal Data, Data Controller, Data Processor, Data Subject and Processing shall have the meanings established under Colombian data protection law.
Purposes of processing include marketing communications, customer service, commercial relations, administrative and financial management, legal compliance, business analytics, and communications through email, social media, websites and messaging platforms.
The data subject authorizes the collection, storage, use, transfer, transmission and processing of personal, financial, commercial and service-related information required for business operations.
Rights of the data subject include access, update, correction, deletion, revocation of consent, proof of authorization, and filing complaints before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
MAR QUÍMICOS S.A.S. shall implement technical, administrative and human security measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or misuse.

International transfers of personal data shall only be made in accordance with Colombian law and to jurisdictions providing adequate data protection, unless a legal exception applies.
